On February 5th 2014 I contacted my domain website provider notifying them of an issue receiving emails to my paid account . I was asked to wait 2-3 minutes while they checked this out .

2 hour and 45 minutes later I was disconnected and when I called them they refused to even apologize and repeatedly refused me to talk to anyone in management . They claim to offer an " Anytime Money Back Guarantee " but when requested they refused .

This is the most incompetent company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with and after now doing some research I find they have numerous complaints and negative reviews with the Better Business Bureau . Their refusal to settle this in a timely matter as it is now over 20 hours later has brought me to filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission against their company due to their failure to provide reliable service .

This company offers very expensive advertising solutions by suggesting they can put your offer in front of all their website hosting clients. The numbers they suggest in terms of clicks and traffic seem promising.

They did not remotely come close to delivering the traffic suggested, and the traffic they did send did not convert on a page that normally does VERY well. They messed up the ad copy we provided them, and then wasted a lot of time arguing about it.

Definitely avoid doing any business with this company, as you will certainly not get any value for your money.
